I’m obsessed with creating business processes that make everyone’s job easy.

I started out my entrepreneurial career in high school designing websites for local businesses. My first full-time job was sales for a Stripe, a digital payments solution where I generated over $50M in processing volume. I fell in love with tech startups, investing in a local marketing business and being hired as employee #1 running ops for a private chef marketplace startup.

Now, I’m the Operations & Onboarding Manager for a chef marketplace for an early-stage startup called Foodom, making private chefs available to everyone. I’ve hired 24 chefs in 6 months and automated the entire onboarding process, solitarily managing a pipeline of hundreds of candidates at a time. 📜 Projects

I created a fully automated onboarding process for a contractor marketplace at scale.

⚡ I carefully chose a suite of tools deeply integrated with Zapier to automate initial interviews with contractors through closing agreements. This allows me to run a one-man hiring team without spending thousands on developing and managing complex APIs.

I converted my company's physical sales and onboarding pamphlets into a streamlined digital process and trained the team on the new process.

✍ I converted our physical Agreement to a DocuSign template and set up QuickBooks to automatically bill customers one-time/monthly.

As a member of BNI Leadership, I organized a seminar & networking event with local business owners.

📅 I did this to generate referrals for both my business and other business owners in my network.

This is thanks to the networking organization, BNI. Before I moved, Our chapter met weekly to brainstorm ways we can find new business for each other, boosting our company's sales far beyond other methods of lead generation.

I updated and converted our internal company documentation to a series of web pages for remote team access.

📄 I helped put together our collection of internal docs to be referenced on our website for our fully remote team. This includes our Rules, such as GSD (Get Stuff Done), Roles, Job Templates, and Weekly Meetings.
